- The 15% show rate is granted in person by the Gosheni team at ITB Asia 2026, 21 to 23 October 2026.
- Accept your written quote by 6 November 2026, 23:59 (Singapore time) to keep the rate.
- It applies to the journeys shown on this page; international flights, visas, insurance and optional extras stay at full price.
- Travel can start any time from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2027.
- It cannot be combined with other offers.

Only during ITB Asia 2026 in Singapore, from 21 to 23 October 2026. Our team grants it in person at the show. You can plan and ask questions before the doors open, but the rate itself is only issued during the show.
The six journeys on this page: the Calving Photo Safari, the River Crossing Safari, Explore Tanzania, Kilimanjaro Lemosho, the Kenya Air Safari and Safari + Zanzibar. The discount applies to the safari or climb arrangements on your quote. International flights, visas, insurance and optional extras stay at full price.
Yes. Each journey is a starting point. Your planner can change the dates, the pace, the lodges and the length, and the show rate applies to the safari arrangements on your final quote.
Yes. The show rate covers trips that start between 1 November 2026 and 31 December 2027.
No new show offers are issued after the show closes on 23 October 2026. If we confirmed your offer at the show, it stays valid until the deadline in your confirmation email.
No. The form on this page starts your enquiry and gets you a reply within 24 hours. The rate is reserved only when a member of our team confirms it with you at the show and emails you a show code.
Nothing is paid at the stand. Your planner sends a written quote with the discount shown line by line. Accept it by 6 November 2026, and a deposit then secures your dates. The amount and the payment schedule are set out on your quote.
Yes. Travel agents and tour operators who meet our team at the show can book the show journeys for their clients. Tell us at the stand that you are booking for a client, so the quote is set up correctly.
