12 Days Kenya Luxury Road Safari

Overview

This 12-day road safari encompasses the very best of Kenya including many key wildlife areas. Starting with Tsavo National Park and Amboseli National Park, the itinerary then stops for a night in Nairobi (with excursions included) before continuing to Samburu, the Aberdares, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara.

Our journey starts as we travel to the vast Tsavo region, home to a wide variety of wildlife including lion, cheetah, leopard, kongoni, waterbuck, impala, duiker, and klipspringer. We then travel back via Nairobi for an excursion to the Giraffe Center and a meal at the famous Carnivore restaurant before spending a night at a city Hotel.

OUR NEXT STOP IS THE SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE, WHICH IN ADDITION TO VARIOUS WILDLIFE AND BIRD SPECIES, IS HOME TO THE SAMBURU TRIBE, COUSINS OF THE MAASAI, WHO SHARE THE SAME NOMADIC, CATTLE-HERDING EXISTENCE AND STRICT ADHERENCE TO THEIR AGE-OLD CUSTOMS.

The tour continues to the Aberdare National Park where you will be treated to an amazing array of scenic landscapes and assorted wildlife. Your safari concludes at the Masai Mara National Reserve, a magnificent landscape of open plains bisected by the Mara and home the highest density of game seen anywhere relative to its size.
