Our largest groups so far have been 170 investors and their families, 160 guests at a tennis event in the Serengeti and 125 YPO members. Our own fleet of more than 50 Land Cruisers carries around 300 guests at six a vehicle; beyond that we add vetted partner vehicles.
Yes. We handle the ground arrangements for agents, operators and incentive agencies: quotes, vehicles, guides, camps and the guests themselves while they are with us. Choose "I am a travel agent or operator" in the form above and tell us how you like to work.
Yes, with the right permits and within park rules. For McEnroe Tennis we built temporary courts with seating and shade inside the Serengeti, working with the authorities to keep the impact low.
For 50 or more guests in the busy months, June to October and the Christmas holidays, nine to twelve months gives you the best choice of camps and flights. Smaller groups and the quieter months can work with less notice; ask us.
Tanzania is our home and where we run our own fleet. We also arrange programmes in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa and Botswana.
