Event Overview
For three years, Gosheni has run the ground operations in Tanzania for Another World Geographic Ltd (AWT), a travel club from Israel. They bring us five groups a year, and every one of those groups explores northern Tanzania with our guides, our vehicles and our team behind them.
This page is less about a single event and more about a working relationship. In August 2026 we finished one of our biggest operations together, then sat down with the Another World team and our guides for a barbecue dinner to say thank you. You can watch that evening below. The photos on this page come from an earlier group, which travelled with Another World in February 2026.
Client Profile
Another World has spent decades exploring Africa and plans its safaris with real care. Their journeys are built for couples, families, groups of friends, extended families and incentive groups, and they choose lodges by where the wildlife is moving, not by what happens to be available.
Their members expect the safari to feel personal even when they travel as a large club. That means good guides, unhurried game drives and an operation that runs quietly in the background.
Challenges
- 1
Five departures, one standard
Each group arrives months after the last, often in a different season. The tenth group has to get the same care as the first, with the same attention to detail.
- 2
Large numbers, small-group feel
Hundreds of travellers a year move through the same parks and lodges. Every vehicle still needs to feel like a private safari, with a guide who has time for questions.
- 3
Working inside a partner's method
Another World has its own way of designing a safari. Our job is to deliver their plan on the ground, faithfully, without adding friction between the club and its travellers.
Solutions
- 1
One ground team for every group
Gosheni handles all ground operations for Another World, so the club deals with one team in Tanzania from the first arrival to the last departure.
- 2
Guides who know the north
Our guides work the northern circuit every season. That is what we believe sets this partnership apart: guides who know the wildlife, the landscape and how to explain both.
- 3
A back office that owns the details
Behind every group sits our operations team in Arusha, confirming, checking and following up long before the vehicles leave the lodge in the morning.
Execution and Experience
- 01
Step 1 of 4
Before each group
Planning starts well ahead of each departure. We work through the details with Another World so the guides, vehicles and arrangements match the itinerary the club has designed for its members.

Step 2 of 4
On the ground
Our team runs everything that happens in Tanzania. We coordinate the vehicles and guides, the park arrangements and the daily running of the safari, so the club's members only have to look out of the window.

Step 3 of 4
Northern Tanzania safaris
Another World's travellers come for the north: the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater and the parks that connect them. Our guides spend those days reading the landscape and finding the wildlife moments the club's members travel for.

Step 4 of 4
Saying thank you
When the August 2026 operation ended, our guides, our office team and the Another World team shared a beef barbecue and an evening of speeches. Guides spoke one after another, including the women on our guiding team, and the whole room kept coming back to two words: tuko pamoja, we are together.

06 · Outcome
Three years in, Another World still sends us five groups a year, and the next one was already on its way for September 2026 when the August group said goodbye. On that closing evening our guides promised to give the September travellers everything they gave in August, and a little more.
Highlights
What makes this partnership work is simple: trust built group by group, and a team on both sides that wants the next safari to be better than the last.
- 1
Repeat business
Five groups a year for three years is the clearest feedback a partner can give.
- 2
Guides at the centre
Knowledgeable guides and steady service are what we bring to every Another World departure.
- 3
One team, one family
Guides, office staff and the Another World team describe each other as partners, and the August evening showed it.
- 4
Looking ahead
Each new departure starts from what the last one taught us, so the September group gets everything August did, plus what we learned.
