Ways in

Choose where you fit

Pick the closest match. If we think another pathway suits you better, we will tell you instead of turning you away.

How it works

From application to your first booking

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us about your market and the travellers you work with.

  2. 2

    Short conversation

A few written questions, then a call with our team if it looks like a fit.

  3. 3

    Learning pathway

Get to know our parks, lodges, seasons and how we price trips.

  4. 4

    Practice

Work through sample enquiries with our team before your first real one.

  5. 5

    Approval and agreement

A person at Gosheni approves you and agrees the terms with you in writing.

  6. 6

    Partner tools

Materials and a partner portal to manage your enquiries.

Coming later: the partner academy and the partner portal are still being built. For now we review applications, talk to you directly and agree terms by email.

Referral ambassadors and licensed travel agencies are different. An ambassador introduces travellers and Gosheni handles the booking. A licensed agency sells and contracts trips under its own licence. Tell us which describes you and we will set things up to match.

How we handle your application

A short written interview

After you apply, an AI-assisted assistant asks about 8 questions in writing. You can say no and a person reviews you directly.

People make every decision

Someone on our team reads every application. Nothing is decided automatically.

Your data stays private

Your files are never public, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
