Pungwe Safari Camp
You’ll be treated to a morning guided safari walk and breakfast in the wild Manyeleti after which we venture into the Kruger proper. Every minute spent in the Kruger driving is world-class game driving territory. En route to our air-conditioned bungalows in Letaba, we stop at a picnic spot for a freshly prepared lunch. Keep your eyes open here for game. The idyllic Letaba Rest Camp overlooks a sweeping bend of the Letaba riverbed. From camp, one can often see game lining for a drink. The rest camp has an interesting natural museum dedicated to the colossal elephants of the Letaba area. This area is still known for its huge elephants! In the afternoon take a dip in the pool or enjoy the tranquil surroundings of camp. Enjoy a sunset game drive or sundowners at camp. Tonight you’ll enjoy a delicious 3-course BBQ dinner (braai) while sipping on some good South African wine (or something else perhaps) around the fire. A great area to spot elusive leopard, rare roan, crocodiles and hippos.

Letaba Restcamp
This day starts off with early morning coffee & rusks before we head out on a morning game-drive in search of predators and the iconic birdlife of the Kruger. On return to Letaba, a continental and full bush breakfast are served. After getting our things ready we head to the next rest camp, Satara. Satara is the Kruger’s 3rd largest camp, situated in an excellent game viewing area. This is the only area in the Kruger where you might see the rare ‘white lions’. The terrain here consists of open savanna which insures good sightings. Animal sightings close to the camp gates are quite common too. The hooting of owls, calling of nightjars, and the whooping sound of hyena add to the mysterious night sounds here. Lunch will be had en route to Satara Rest Camp. After check-in, enjoy the pool and camp surroundings. A late afternoon game-drive at Satara awaits. Freshen up and relax on return before you are headed on an exciting night game drive (included). BBQ dinner is served thereafter.

Satara Restcamp
After breakfast, we leave Satara and enjoy a last game drive to the exit-gate of the Kruger. In the rugged mountains of the Great Escarpment of the Drakensberg, the plateau comes to an abrupt and dramatic halt, falling steeply away into the Lowveld, accompanied by incredible views over the grasslands of Africa. We snake along the Panorama Route affording incredible Blyde River Canyon views from a height of 1219 m, revealing the Blyde River cutting its way through lush valleys below. This route follows graceful waterfalls like the Sabie -, Bridal Veil – & Mac Mac Falls. You’ll be stunned with the heavenly views from God’s Window and Three Rondavels viewpoints (entrance fees included). Lunch to be had en route to Johannesburg. This Big 5 Five Kruger Safari Tour ends in Johannesburg at around 18h00, or subject to your time schedule, later or earlier. Drop-off at the airport or any location in Johannesburg.
