坦桑尼亚 旅 行 指 南
According to official data, the number of Chinese tourists have significantly increased in 2017 and is expected to rise by over 40% this year. This is not a surprise, really. Tanzania is naturally endowed with scores of beauty and wonder.

So why is Tanzania a must-visit country?
#1 “REAL AFRICA” 真正的非洲

Close your eyes and think of how you perceive Africa. Do you picture endless savannas touched by the golden sun and inhabited by widely diverse wildlife? How about a mighty lion walking in rocky outcrops, spying on zebras by the grassland? Perhaps you can’t also help but think about predator-prey action, yes? You see, all of that and more can be found in Tanzania: unspoiled landscapes, gorgeous sunsets, incredible wildlife and birdlife and a classic backdrop of the “real Africa”. Plus, it’s less visited and less developed than the equally popular South Africa and Kenya! So, it’s really a very exotic destination to explore.
#2 WORLD HERITAGE SITES 世界遗产
Tanzania boasts of seven (7) UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Kilimanjaro National Park, Songo Mnara, Stone Town, Kilwa Kisiwani and Selous Game Reserve. All sites are exquisite and can really make any visit unforgettable.
Serengeti National Park, for one, is the flagship wildlife sanctuary in Tanzania. It is arguably the most popular safari park in Africa, featuring one of the most astounding spectacles on Earth: The Great Wildebeest Migration. Nestled just beside it on its southern region is the ever-so-stunning Ngorongoro Crater, Africa’s Garden of Eden and the world’s largest inactive caldera. Another famous backdrop of Tanzania is Mount Kilimanjaro. This majestic beaut stands 5,895 meters high and is Africa’s highest peak.
#3 INCREDIBLE ANIMAL DIVERSITY 不可思议的动物多样性

From the famous Big Five to several endangered species to a world-class avifauna, Tanzania will never fail to amaze its visitors. Aside from the spectacular wildlife viewing that’s certainly a sight to behold, Tanzania also promises lots of opportunities to see predator-prey actions. In Tanzania, “boring” does not exist. Ever.
#4 EXCITING ACTIVITIES 精彩的活动
Are you looking for a romantic getaway with a twist? In Tanzania, there are a lot of intimate chalets and tented camps located in the midst of wild, all exclusive for you and your loved one. If you’re looking into remarkable family vacations, Tanzania also has a lot of things in store for the whole family! Game drives, hot air balloon safaris, night walking safaris, picnic in the wild, bonfires and barbecue, bush dining, beach hopping (hello, Zanzibar!), cultural tours, mountain climbing (Yes! Kilimanjaro treks!) and biking are among the many things you can do. If you’re also on a budget and you don’t mind roughing it out, there are always budget camps for everyone!
#5 ACCESSIBLE FROM ALL PARTS OF THE WORLD 容易去
There are several international airports in Tanzania that cater to visitors from across the globe. Traveling is made easy as regional and international flights are easily available on a daily basis, and there are particular hubs that are suitable for each travel purpose. For example, if you’re visiting the northern safari circuit, Kilimanjaro Airport is the most ideal gateway for you. If you’re going south to visit, say, Selous Game Reserve, book flights to Dar es Salaam.
COMPLETE GUIDE: HOW TO GET THERE?
Flights from China to Tanzania are ample. Depending on your route and stopovers, the flying time can be as little as 10 hours and 48 minutes on a direct one-stop flight to more than 24 hours if you’re taking multiple-stop flights. Of course, duration and flight fares vary from time to time so it’s wise to check with your preferred airlines first.
Before covering the ways to get to Tanzania, you have to have a background on the different regions of the country first. This will come in handy later on.
- Northern Safari Circuit: Most of the more famous wildlife parks are within this circuit. This includes Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Lake Manyara National Park, Tarangire National Park, Lake Eyasi and Lake Ndutu.
- Southern Safari Circuit: This is the more remote, untouched safari parks in the country. It covers Selous Game Reserve, Ruaha National Park, Mikumi National Park, and Saadani National Park
- Western Safari Circuit: A less popular route for tourists, this circuit is more of a visit to the primates. So if you’re in Tanzania and you want to meet chimpanzees, this is where you can go. Parks include Mahale Mountains National Park and Katavi National Park.
- Coastal Circuit: This covers the incredible stretch of white sand beaches in Zanzibar, Pemba, and Mafia.
As already mentioned, there are several airports in Tanzania. The main international hubs are:
- Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR) in Dar es Salaam. This is the main gateway for tourists planning to visit the southern safari circuit or begin their trip with a visit to the coastal region.
- Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) in Arusha. This airport is the closest hub to the popular northern safari circuit. It also offers several flights to and from DAR, ZNZ and even Nairobi in Kenya.
- Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ) in Unguja Island, Zanzibar. This is the main airport in the Zanzibar archipelago and the perfect hub for those who are coming to visit the tropical islands of Tanzania.
