Solio Lodge is the only lodge on Solio Game Reserve, an 18,000-acre private reserve in the valley between Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Mountains in central Kenya. The reserve is known for rhino conservation and holds one of Africa's largest rhino populations, so seeing many rhino on a single drive is common.
