The Experience
Pakuba Safari Lodge is a mid-range lodge on the eastern bank of the Albert Nile in the northern sector of Murchison Falls National Park, close to the site of the 1970s Pakuba state lodge. Rooms are en-suite with private balconies, and many look across the river and its fringing forest, where hippo, elephant and antelope are often seen. The lodge has a swimming pool, a restaurant and a bar. Being north of the Nile, it is well placed for game drives on the park's northern plains as well as boat cruises on the river.
