July is a great month to plan your trip to Masai Mara. The rainy season has passed, and the great migration begins at this time of year. Masai Mara is Kenya’s top reserve, which is a staple in itineraries of many safari-goers. There are tons of wildlife to see in this destination, and the number of animals grows even more prominent up to this day. July is a good time for games, which bears little to no precipitation with a colder climate than summer. You can encounter the Big 5 on your adventure at Masai Mara, as well as witness a wide selection of birdlife on lakes and damps. Hippos and buffalos can also be seen dipping in the Talek River. Luxurious camps within the area accept accommodations this month, but the rates can be lower than the earlier part of the year.
