Tloma Lodge is a Tanganyika Wilderness Camps property on the edge of Karatu, in the foothills of the Ngorongoro highlands. It has 36 rooms: 24 colonial-style cottages at ground level with private terraces, and 12 garden-view rooms in the main building. The lodge overlooks a coffee plantation towards the eastern wall of the Ngorongoro Crater, with large flower gardens and an organic farm that guests can walk around. Facilities include a swimming pool, a massage cabin, a restaurant using farm produce, a lounge and terrace, a souvenir shop and Wi-Fi. Lake Manyara airstrip is about 30 minutes away.
