6-day Ndutu Serengeti safari itinerary
After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you and proceed with game viewing in Ngorongoro Crater. Your driver guide will help you spot some of the many species at the crater floor teaching you about their fascinating habits and habitats. Also, this is perhaps the best place to see the big five if you are lucky. Later during the day, you will start heading to your reserved accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Dinner and Overnight at Naserian Safari Camp on Full Board Basis
Following your breakfast at your hotel, you will start heading to Ndutu Areas inside Ngorongoro conservation Area. Spend your day spotting all varieties of wildlife ‘on the move’ with your expert driver-guide. Each day is different here, but we focus of course on the Great Migration, that unique natural wonder which involves a cast of breathtaking numbers, literally hundreds of thousands of animals as they make their annual journey across the plains. Zebra and wildebeest are the most numerous of the migrating animals here, grazing on the short-grass plains of the Southern Serengeti and the northern part of the Ngorongoro Conservation area. But your driver-guide will also be on the lookout for other wildlife, too, using his expertise and ‘eagle-eyes’ to try to find elephant, lions, buffalo, leopard and cheetah, just some of the many, many species you will encounter in this stunning place. The exciting sounds of Africa will rose from your sleep and start heading to Serengeti. Serengeti offers an exotic game-viewing experience in the whole of Africa giving you up-close look of the animals you've only seen in National Geographic: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala and Grant’s gazelle. Later during the day, you will proceed to your reserved accommodation inside the national park
Dinner and Overnight at Olkarien Eco Safari Lodge on Full Board Basis
After breakfast, you proceed with game drives safari in the Serengeti exploring the rolling plains of Serengeti National Park in search of large predators and the gentle herbivorous, on which they feed. Later during the day, you will proceed to your reserved accommodation inside the national park.
Dinner and Overnight at Olkarien Eco Safari Lodge on Full Board Basis
After breakfast at your camp in Central Serengeti, you set off on a game drive that takes you across the plains towards Seronera Airstrip. The drive is unhurried, and your guide will make the most of the morning hours, when the light is soft and the wildlife is often active, before delivering you to the airstrip in good time for your 10am flight.
From Seronera you fly to Arusha, a flight that lifts you above the plains and gives you a final view of the landscape you have travelled through over the past days. Your baggage allowance on this flight is 20kg. On arrival in Arusha, you are met and transferred as arranged, bringing your six-day migration safari to a close. Lunch is included today, and you will want to keep your camera within reach until the very last game drive.
